The jacuzzi disappointment
Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a marvelous bar atmosphere that made our evenings enjoyable. The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
The jacuzzi was never hot enough to relax in after skiing, which was a letdown. I found the dining options limited for vegetarians.

the jacuzzi was always lukewarm, talk about a total letdown after a long day. And don’t even get me started on the scrambled eggs, creamy powder is not my idea of breakfast. I should’ve received some type of complimentary gift for these tragic inconveniences, but I guess they don’t care about guests like me.

The spa facilities were a refreshing treat after a long day on the slopes, offering multiple saunas that helped us unwind. The ski locker area is on the cramped side, making it a bit chaotic during busy periods. the jacuzzi could use a boost in temperature, as it was lukewarm at best after a day of skiing. Not to mention, the breakfast scrambled eggs were pretty disappointing—definitely not fresh and felt like powdered. Finally, I noticed that during peak dining hours, the seating in the dining area quickly ran out, leading to a crowded environment that detracted from the overall experience.
